Cancellation & Refund Policy – Raj Painting Services

At Raj Painting Services, customer satisfaction is our priority. We believe in transparent and fair business practices. This policy explains the terms under which cancellations, refunds, or adjustments may be considered.
1. Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation requests will be considered only if made within 3 to 5 days from the date of order confirmation.
- Cancellation requests may not be accepted if the service has already been scheduled, initiated, or materials have been procured specifically for the project.
- Once painting or related services have commenced, cancellation is not permitted.
2. Service-Based Nature
Raj Painting Services provides customized painting, waterproofing, polishing, and related services, which are planned as per customer requirements. Due to this nature:
- Orders once executed or partially executed are non-refundable.
- No cancellation is accepted for services already completed or in progress.
3. Quality Concerns & Service Issues
If you believe that the service quality delivered is not as agreed:
- The issue must be reported within 3 to 5 days of service completion.
- Our team will inspect the concern and take appropriate corrective action if required.
- Refunds or adjustments will be considered only after internal verification.
4. Damages & Defects
- In case of any visible damage or defect caused due to workmanship, please inform our Customer Support Team immediately.
- The complaint will be reviewed, and necessary rectification will be done wherever applicable.
5. Manufacturer Warranty
If any product used (such as paints or coatings) carries a manufacturer’s warranty, customers are advised to refer directly to the respective manufacturer for warranty-related claims.
6. Refund Policy
- Approved refunds (if any) will be processed only after management approval.
- Refunds, where applicable, may take 15 to 30 working days to reflect in the customer’s original mode of payment.
- No cash refunds will be provided.
